This marketing team at this upscale golf club community in Scottsdale wanted to update the image of the property without a full-scale rebranding. Words&Pictures set out to redesign several items geared toward potential buyers/club members as well as existing residents and members. Our initial project was creating a series of oversized trifolds for potential buyers, each keying in on a selling point of Mirabel: the homes, golfing, the country club and the lifestyle experience. Each cover photo was treated with an eye-catching effect that renders the photo as art. The brochures fit perfectly into a case that also holds a business card for the Mirabel sales expert, and the entire package can be mailed in custom envelopes. Other projects included a directory/calendar of events and a microsite that promotes the Mirabel lifestyle.
