Words&Pictures produced several annual reports for the RTA. The biggest challenge: designing a appealing report while being limited by the budget constraints of two-color printing and no effects like die-cuts or embossing. Our team art-directed a photo shoot for the client, so that the marketing team would have photos for the reports and for future use. We then used different design elements on the photos and the pages to add visual interest. The result: simple, straightforward pieces that communicate how the RTA makes commuting better in Chicago.
