Marie Margolius is a producer and director at Words + Pictures. Prior to W+P, she worked at ESPN across a range of strategic and creative content initiatives and was named to the Sports Business Journal’s New Voices Under 30 list in 2019. At Words + Pictures, she has directed and produced a series of docs and docuseries including Under Pressure (Netflix), NWSL: For the Win (Amazon Prime), and NWSL: The Final Third (ESPN, Disney+), and the documentary short film Ayenda (MSNBC), which won the Best Director award at the 2023 DOC NYC film festival. Currently, she leads W+P’s production of feature content for the upcoming 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup broadcast on Netflix.
