Patrick Mahomes and his family didn’t get a free trip to Disneyland this year, but his team is doubling down with the Mouse House. ESPN and Disney+ have ordered a docuseries about the Kansas City Chiefs.
The series comes from Connor Schell’s North Road-backed Words + Pictures in association with Skydance Sports, which has a deal with the NFL, NFL Films, Mahomes’ 2PM Productions and Foolish Club Studios, which is the Chiefs’ inhouse production division.
